•Require some level of public private partnership to redevelop AMC Theatre.
•AMC Theatre could be replaced on-site.
•Allows for improved treatment of N. Veitch St. and 14th Rd. N.
•Building not visible from the National Mall
•Building shadows would impact the square in late afternoon.
