Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these
regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 15 January 2013.
3.
Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995.
4.
Regulation 55E amended
In regulation 55E in the definition of WCRL Managed Fishery
delete “Fishery declared under the West Coast Rock Lobster
Management Plan 1993.” and insert:
Fishery.
5.
Regulation 72 amended
In regulation 72 delete the definition of rock lobster licence and
insert:
rock lobster licence means a managed fishery licence
granted in respect of the West Coast Rock Lobster
Fishery which authorises fishing for rock lobster in the
reserve;

1. Citation
This Instrument may be cited as the Chittering Valley Land Conservation District (Appointment of
Members) Instrument 2013.
2. Appointment of members
Under section 23(2b) of the Act and clause 5(1) of the Soil and Land Conservation (Chittering Valley
Land Conservation District) Order 1992*, the following members are appointed to the land
conservation district committee for the Chittering Valley Land Conservation District—

Conditions of use
1. Development shall generally be in accordance with the Structure Plan
adopted by the local authority.
2. Guest and visitor vehicular access is restricted via Brockman Highway
only.
3. The educational establishment (cooking school) is to have a maximum
of eight clients at any time.
4. Beauty Therapy establishment is subject to being conducted within the
restored dairy or adjacent building only.
5. “Beauty Therapy” means premises used to provide services of a
personal nature, including cosmetic treatments, waxing, facials and
massages (uses commonly associated with a day spa) and the incidental
sale or hire of associated goods.
6. At the time of development, the applicant shall make arrangements
satisfactory to the local authority regarding stormwater, wastewater
disposal, potable water and fire management.
7. The landowners will prepare and carry out implementation of a
Foreshore Management Plan to the satisfaction of the Shire of
Bridgetown-Greenbushes on the advice of the Department of Water.

Pursuant to sub-regulation 42A(2) of the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees) Regulations 2006, (the
