As Manitoba’s second largest city, and the service centre for 180,000 people, Brandon boasts amenities, services, educational and employment opportunities generally found in much larger centres, yet has a median in city commute of 10.5 minutes. With the Assiniboine River winding 17 km through the heart of Brandon, 44 km of paved walking & hiking trails, countless parks, forests, rivers, and lakes within a short drive of Brandon, the area is an oasis for outdoor enthusiasts. Trans-Canada Hwy Grand Valley Rd. Veterans Way Victoria Ave. Richmond Ave Outback is a new development, featuring high efficiency homes with double attached garages on large lots.
