Horsham Montessori Children’s House is preparing for our Annual fundraising event
event, the International Family
Fun Festival to be held on April 27, 2013
2013, from 11AM to 3PM. Our school is a 501©3 non-profit
profit entity,
dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating environment for our children.
This event offers a special opportunity for you to increase your visibility and brand within our community, while also
providing support to our school. The proceeds
roceeds of this event will benefit the rebuilding of our school library
and playground that was destroyed by an arson fire in August 2012, our scholarship fund that supports are
families in need, as well as much needed curriculum and educational tools for our classrooms.
School Facts:
• History: Since 1964, MCH has been educating children according to the Montessori Method. Each school
is directed by a Montessori-trained
trained Principal and is gguided by a Board of Directors.
• Mission: Montessori principles of respect, a love of learning,, and peacefulness are integral parts
part of our mission.
The children are self - motivated in a prepared environment. Mixed age groups encourage helping and teaching in
a non-competitive
competitive environment.
• Educational Program: Our Montessori programs allow children
children, ages 18months to Kindergarten,

naturallyy through their experiences in a specially

prepared environment, centered around the five curriculum areas
of Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math and Cultural.
Auction & Donation Facts:
• The festival and silent auction are well-attended events with approximately 350 attendees.
• Donations of any type of service or merchandise would be greatly appreciated. If you would prefer to give a
monetary donation
ion we will graciously accept that as well.
• Your contribution will be recognized on our website http://mch-internationalfest.org and on the bid sheets during
the auction. A brochure acknowledgin
acknowledging all sponsors is distributed all attendees of the Festival.
• Any expiration dates for your donations should be listed after April as our event will not be held until
April 27th. Include any ad materials with your donation
donation, including logoss to be used on the auction
website and at the event itself.
Donations can be mailed to the school at the address listed above, or arrangements can be made for one of our committee
members to pick up your donation by contacting the school office.
