WARM WEATHER PROTECTION: These products are for the early season
hunter in mild to warm weather. HFX1 products are lightweight,
uninsulated & are designed to offer the coverage you need without
adding unwanted bulk.
COLD WEATHER PROTECTION: These products are for the avid
outdoorsman who encounters colder weather conditions. HFX2 products
contain at least 40 grams of 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation & many offer
the added benefit of an Odor-XCHANGE™ anti-microbial lining.
COLDEST WEATHER PROTECTION: These products are for the dedicated
hunter who experiences some of the coldest weather conditions. HFX3
products are contain up to 80 grams of 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation
& many offer the added benefit of an Odor-XCHANGE™
anti-microbial lining.
EXTREME WEATHER PROTECTION: These products are for the extreme
hunter who needs protection in the most severe weather conditions.
HFX4 products are heavyweight items that can be found in our Hot
Shot® G-SERIES & Hot Shot® X-SERIES lines.

HOT SHOT® G-SERIES: These products are engineered
with GORE-TEX® or WINDSTOPPER® materials. DWR
(Durable Water Repellent) is a coating added to our
fabrics at our mills to make them water-resistant.
Our DWR fabrics are then used in conjunction with
waterproof breathable fabrics and inserts to prevent the
outer layer of fabric from becoming saturated with water.
This saturation, called ‘wetting out,’ can reduce the
garment’s breathability (moisture transport through
the breathable membrane). DWR helps maintain the
breathable nature of our outerwear accessories.
