Carrie Hall Sampler: Barbara Brackman selected some of her favorite designs featured in the 1935 classic book “The Romance of the Patchwork Quilt in America” by Carrie Hall and Rose Kretsinger. The result is “Carrie Halls Sampler” which combines traditional appliqué with pieced accents. (1-4) Friday, Aug. 7, Sept. 4, Oct. 9, Nov. 6, Dec. 11. Reproducing Antique Quilts: Join Judy Spence as she guides you through the process of reproducing an antique quilt. Her first in this series of 4 is the Rose Wreath. It is a beautiful old design. Trumpet Vine: Join Sue Martin as Josephine Sampler: This 59”x74”sampler was designed by Lori Smith and named in honor of Jo Morton, because Lori used all Jo fabrics as we will with our kit. All the blocks are pieced. (1-4) Tues. July 14, Aug. 11, Sept. 15, Oct.13, Nov.17 and Dec.15 19X42 1/2” table runner is so sweet. You will learn hand piecing curves. Beginning Wool Rug Hooking: Have you always wanted to learn the art of rug hooking? We are gathering names to schedule a class for this primitive fall pumpkin mat. Call shop for more details. Instructor Pam Clinger will be leading this class. Class 1 Wed. Oct. 7 (10-3) This class will focus on making stuffed berries and different types of ruching. Class Fee is $30 plus supplies.
