The new wallpaper collections from A.S. Création combine uncomplicated elegance
and sumptuous glamour
A new year – a new look? A.S. Création has once again pulled out all the visionary stops,
and alongside its own imaginative creations is also proud to present a series of classy
collections developed in collaboration with high-profile lifestyle brands such as Esprit Home
and Schöner Wohnen. Germany’s biggest producer of wallpapers is, for the first time, now
also cooperating with the Italian luxury label Versace.
With its exciting new collections, A.S. Creátion offers inspiration to everyone for giving their
home environment a refreshing new look. From up-to-the-moment designs for young, laidback living to the height of luxury, resplendent in gold, sumptuous ornamentation and
exquisite materials, the collections hold wall outfits in store to meet every taste and suit every
style of living.
Inspiration for the new, high-fashion wallpapers comes from many sources – from the
classical ornamental features of antiquity and the Baroque to the contemporary zeitgeist, and
from nature to the new digital technologies. But for all the wealth of styles and facets, one
trend is clearly discernible: 2013 will have class. Delicate pastel shades and quiet natural
colours can be found side by side with gold and silver, and elegant embossed patterns with
exquisite ornamentation. And subtle lustre effects and the shimmer of mother-of-pearl add a
touch of glamour.

Versace Home - Sheer luxury
Gorgeous prints, copious quantities of gold and exclusive materials are traditional Versace
trademarks, as, too, are the almost emblematic classical decors “Greek Key” and “Barocco”.
The new collection from Versace – which as well as furniture and decor fabrics also
encompasses sumptuous wallpapers – follows the opulent, neoclassical style of the Italian
luxury label, revelling in luminous colours, precious materials, gold and silver. A perfect
synthesis of fashion and design – and unmistakeably “Made by Versace”.
Barocco Flowers
Ornate acanthus designs and enchanting, luxuriant carpets of flowers are one of the central
motifs of the Versace iconography. The feminine decors in deep black, gold, crème and
silver-grey radiate the elegance and sensuality that is typical for the brand.
Greek Key
Clear, straight-line meanders (“Greek Key”) embody the male principle at Versace. The
restrained tone-in-tone decors of the satin wallpapers, with their large format and in the
colours gold, silver, deep black and crème, generate an extravagant, grandiose expressivity.
Barocco and Stripes
Opulent arabesques entwine with luxuriant stripe decors of satin on an embossed ground in
restrained crocodile look. The traditional baroque ornaments appear resplendent in luminous
yellow and gold on forceful deep black, burgundy red and royal blue.
The Herald
A recurring theme of Versace is the reinterpretation of baroque motifs. Here, sumptuous
floral scrolls, reminiscent of the fleurs de lys in the coat-of-arms of the French kings, present
an arresting contrast to structured prints in gold, white, crème, blue and silver, adding a hint
of Versailles to a stylish home ambience.

Creamy Barocco
Opulent floral scrolls and tone-in-tone stripes in an exquisite satin structural mix – the elegant
decors radiate feminine sophistication. In shades of crème and copper, with a delicate
shimmer of pearl, Creamy Barocco conjures the light-hearted side of Baroque onto the walls.

Esprit home – Provocative creativity
Natural, modern, design-oriented – this is how the wallpapers in the Esprit Home collection
can be described. The new wall decors for young, individual living resulting from the latest –
eighth – collaboration between A.S. Création and Esprit are characterised by a wealth of
unusual ideas. Some of the wallpapers pick up on current trends, while others take
inspiration from fashion and art, from history, and from the digital technologies of the future:
Walls can be clad in jeans look. Digitally inspired embossing patterns create new visual
effects. Ornaments are reminiscent of traditional embroidery; floral patterns call Far Eastern
