FINISHING
Weave in ends.
Holding 1 strand each of A and B together
and with circular needle, cast on 52 sts. Join,
taking care not to twist sts. Place marker for
beginning of round.
Work in K2, p2 rib for 3 cm [1¼”].
Next Round: *K4, M1; repeat from * around –
65 sts.
Knit 3 rounds, purl 6 rounds.
*Knit 2 rounds, purl 6 rounds; repeat from *
until piece measures 25.5 cm [10”] from
beginning.
Circular Knitting Needle: 9mm
[US 13], 40 cm [16”] long
TENSION/GAUGE: 10 sts = 10
cm [4”]; 12 rows = 10 cm [4”]
in Stockinette stitch holding 2
strands of yarn together. CHECK
YOUR TENSION/GAUGE. Use
any size needles to obtain the
tension/gauge.
Round 6: P1, [p2tog] around – 7 sts.
Cut yarn, leaving a long tail. Thread tail through
remaining sts and pull tight to close top.
