1. Mix ingredients of phase A together until homogeneous.
Variations
193C FLUID can be replaced with SH 3771 M
CE-7080 SMART STYLE can be replaced with 5-7113 SILICONE QUAT

Stability data for this formulation has not been established.
External Reference Material
A screening formulation used for testing. The variations refer to using 5-7113
as a benchmark for performance and replacing it with other materials such as
CE-7080. The formulation is set up so varying percent active levels can be
tested to determine performance at each use level. 2% active is used as a
benchmark and when 5-7113 is used it should be in formulation at 6.7% to
