Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Outdoor Fall Indian Arts Market: October 4 & 5, 2008, 9 am – 4:30 pm.
To reserve booth space payment must be received upon submittal of the application.
30 booths are available. One artist per booth. Please see Artist Agreement #4.
$150.00/booth for 2 days. Application deadline is Wednesday, September 17, 2008.
Late Registration: $175.00/booth by September 24, 2008.
NO EXCEPTIONS and NO REFUNDS.

ARTIST AGREEMENT

2008 Fall Indian Arts Market
Artist agrees to follow the policies stated below in order to participate in the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC)
Outdoor Fall Indian Arts Market:
1. US Native American Indian Artists (with CIB’s) warrant their merchandise for sale at the IPCC Indian
Arts Market as handmade and/or handcrafted in accordance with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of
1990.
2. IPCC reserves the right to remove an Artist if he/she is found to misrepresent himself/herself and
market merchandise as Indian-made when it is not, or if an Artist misrepresents their merchandise to
IPCC visitors (i.e., prefabricated stones as hand-cut, plastic as real stones, handmade vs. handcrafted,
etc.).
3. Dealers and Wholesalers are not permitted to participate in the Indian Arts Market.
4. One artist per booth, unless artists work collaboratively to produce artwork, or artists are immediate relatives.
Maximum 2 artist per booth.
5. Full payment is due upon submittal of application. Booth space will not be reserved without payment.
6. No refunds. No exceptions.
7. Artists are limited to ONE 6 foot table and 2 chairs provided by the IPCC. You may waive the 6 ft. table to
accommodate other fixtures for hanging fine art and/or exhibiting large sculptures. No other furniture items are
permitted (tents included). No exceptions.
8. IPCC will assign booth space to each Artist. Booth assignments will not be changed once assigned.
9. Electricity is not available for Artist use.
10. Set-up begins at 7:00 am. Artists must be set up by 9:00 am. Artists not set up by 9:00 am will have their booth space
reassigned to someone on the waiting list. NO REFUNDS.
11. Artists must wear badges issued by IPCC for the duration of the Indian Arts Market.
12. Artists must be present at their booth during Market hours.
13. The IPCC is not responsible for any orders not fulfilled by the Artists.
14. The IPCC is not liable for theft or damage to property and equipment during the Market and set-up/tear-down.
15. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree to WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS, AND RELEASE FROM
LIABILITY the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Indian Pueblos Marketing (IPCC/IPMI), its officers, directors,
employees, agents, and leaders from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from Injuries,
Damages, Theft to person and/or items brought into the IPCC/IPMI and surrounding facility grounds. I
further agree to HOLD HARMLESS the IPCC/IPMI its officers, directors, employees, agents, and leaders
from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by my own negligence while a participant in the Indian
Market. I understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon my heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying me during the Indian Market. I have read
this document in its entirety and I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such Injuries and Damages.
