Services
Our service is built into the cost of our menu to provide friendly and professional staffing based
on the style of the reception, food offered and number of guests. In addition to the length of time
of the reception most weddings require 2-3 hours for load in & set up and 1-2 hours for break
down & load out. Our services are based on a total of 8 hours and include all necessary staff for a
smooth reception.
Rentals
We will work with you to choose and coordinate the perfect rental items for your event, from
silverware, to kitchen equipment, to furnishings. Additional Services
• Custom menu preparation including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free
• Room “Flip” Fee - Depending on amount of transition & amount of time to complete the “flip”
from ceremony to reception in the same space
• Travel and Delivery Fee: Included within Brooklyn and LIC. Manhattan up to 110th St. We will
travel in the tri-state area inquire about your event location.
Gifting
• We work closely with many of the artisans in NYC and Brooklyn. If you would
like to arrange for customized wedding favors for guests we can can help
you choose from a variety of options.
Saucy Styling
• A unique combination of reclaimed wood and glass to create the Saucy by
Nature Brooklyn aesthetic
• Includes design and display incorporated throughout for menu items, menu
black boards with hand calligraphy for main menu and choice smaller boards
to highlight certain dishes
Gratuity
• A standard 18% gratuity is added to the food, beverage & service portions of the final proposal
Deposit and Final Payment
A 50% deposit to secure your wedding date. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
 While we prefer a check, we do accept Visa/Master/Discover & American Express cards
with a 3% service charge.
