Thank you for considering us as the destination for your future event. We welcome the
opportunity be your host. Please review the following details while planning for your event.
Confirmation of total attendees is required 14 business days in advance of event, or the expected
attendance (set for) above will become the guarantee. All charges are subject to 8% Sales Tax. Food
and Beverage charges are also subject to a 20% gratuity. A 25 % deposit is required after acceptance
(signing) of the contract. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the total due. Cancellation
of the event at any time will result in forfeiting of the deposit or a charge of $15 per person reserved.
Payment of the remaining balance by cash or credit/debit card needs to be made at least on the day
of the event. When paid by personal check final payment needs to be received 1 month prior to
the event date.
All Food and Beverage items must be supplied and prepared by the hotel/restaurant.
Client may bring in no Food and Beverage of any kind without prior approval of Hotel or
Restaurant Management. Additional fees may be charged based upon requests from the customer.
Food and Beverage not consumed may not be packaged for removal from the premises. When a
bartender is requested and it is a cash bar or consumption bar situation, a service charge of $75.00
will be charged per bartender, per shift. Each shift includes set-up and teardown of the bar. Happy
hour prices are not applicable during special events. Any events taking place in hotel banquet
facilities require a $150 surcharge. If it is necessary to close the restaurant to the general public due
to the size of your party, then additional terms and conditions will be required.
Any future deviation of the contract must be approved in writing by the manager.
Menu revisions must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
