DARK CIRCLES
BODY TREATMENT: vascular purpura alterations, spider veins, sclerotherapy pigmentations.
MANDELAC T
Composition:
20% Mandelic acid -2.5% Phytic acid - 5% Thioglycolic acid
MANDELIC ACID: Improves melasma and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation with continued
use. It does not cause post inflammatory hyperpigmentation in patients with darker skin types.
Has a structure similar to broad-spectrum antibiotics. Preparation of the skin 2 weeks before
and after laser resurfacing or fractional laser prevents the formation of bacterial gram (-)
infections.
PHYTIC ACID: Lightening effect, inhibits tyrosinase, can be used on sensitive skin, non-irritating.
Antioxidant. Iron and copper chelating.
THIOGLYCOLIC ACID:
Acid group (COOH) + thiol
Acid group => hydro soluble action => elimination (kidney, feces ...)
Thiol group => iron chelating action, hemosiderin solubilizer.

PROTOCOL
DARK CIRCLES:
1. Wash and degrease the skin.
2. Apply with a cotton swab (Q-tip) being careful to get any product in the eyes.
a. ARGIPEEL (allow contact with the skin for 5 minutes, rinse with water and dry the
area). Arginine activates the immune system, increases proteinsynthesis, helps heal, helps eliminate
excess ammonia, and it is a precursor to nitric oxide(vasodilatation). Antiinflammatory action with
moisturizing and normalizing effects. Enhances the skin’s circulatorysystem (vasodilator). Encourages
collagen production and increases elasticity. Excellent for sensitiv
e skin.
b. MANDELAC T
** Apply with a cotton swab being careful to get any product in the eyes.
**Massage gently.
** Repeat application
**Allow contact with the skin for 6 to 10 minutes.
**Rinse with water
3. Apply Angioses, 2 layers and massage it.
4. Cover the area with a C Vit eye patch, 5-10 minutes.
*** Advise patient that product vapour can be irritating; you can blink however abruptly
closing the eye can squeeze product into the eye causing discomfort. If this happens, wash
with cold water and saline solution. The discomfort will pass quickly.

2. Apply one layer of Salipeel Plus (keratolytic effect to facilitate the penetration of Mandelac
T).
3. Apply with a cotton swab (Q-tip).
4. Massage gently.
5. Repeat application
6. Allow contact with the skin for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Apply K-Vit or Angioses tired legs, 2 layers.
