Booking Form - How to Book
1. Telephone, email or fax our office to check availability
of the holiday you are interested in before completing
the booking form.
2. If your chosen holiday is available, please complete and sign
our booking form. You can confirm your holiday immediately
by telephone if you are able to make payment of the deposit(s)
or full payment if applicable by debit or credit card at the time.
You must then immediately send us your completed and signed
booking form (you can fax this to us or put it in the post) and
on receipt, we will send you your confirmation invoice. Otherwise,
send us your deposit(s) or full payment as applicable together
with your completed and signed booking form and on receipt,
providing your chosen holiday is still available, we will confirm
your holiday by issuing a confirmation invoice. A contract
between us will come into existence as set out in our Booking
Conditions on www.skival.co.uk.

Please check your invoice carefully to ensure all
your details are correct and bring any discrepancies
to our notice within seven days otherwise we will
assume all details are correct.
3. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure, or full
balance payable immediately if less than 10 weeks to departure.
Please note that you will not receive a reminder. If you opt to pay
your balance by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) there is a 2.5%
2%
surcharge.
Deposits and final balance must be paid by a single payment
at the appropriate time (if you choose to pay using more than
one method of payment, there is a £10 charge per additional
payment).
Please Note that it is essential that you fill in all relevant details
on the Booking Form. Cheques should be made payable to SkiVal. If you require any further information regarding any aspect of
your holiday we will be delighted to be of assistance.
