You can get help from this service by phoning
or coming into the service during opening hours,
(Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm). You can phone,
email or visit to make an appointment if you wish
to see someone face to face. We cannot guarantee
that you will get to see someone straight away.
If you are contacting the Service by phone, we will do
our best to respond to you promptly. A voicemail service
is installed on our phone line and if the worker is on another
call or with another client you can leave a message.

is funded by both the Residential Tenancies Authority
from interest earned on bonds lodged with the Authority,
and by the Department of Housing with funding
administered by the Queensland Department of Housing.
