After a highly distinguished career in Indian army, Lt. Gen. (Dr.) Bhandari is
currently serving as Chairman of Uttarakhand Public Service Commission.
His academic qualifications include a D.Litt, P.hd and hosts of other degrees
in Personal Management, Industrial Relations, Labor Laws, Human Resource
Development and International Strategic Studies. He is International Fellow
of USAWC, Pennsylvania, USA and Fellow of AIMA. He is widely traveled to
countries like UK, USA, Singapore, Brazil, China, Russia, Malaysia etc.
