Guideline: How to use the e-voucher codes of ITB Berlin 2014
Dear visitor,
We sent you an email including an URL-address and a 16-digit e-voucher code.
Now you have the opportunity to print out a regular ITB ticket/badge by yourself.
You will avoid standing in line at the self-registration desks at ITB Berlin.
Please redeem this voucher online at www.itb-voucher.com
(You shall ignore the grey box on the right sight “e-Mail/Order number” since it is only
relevant for customers who are already registered).
Enter your 16-digit e-voucher code in the field “Voucher Code”.
By entering the code please make sure you use capital letters.
Click “Continue“.
On the next page, you will find general product information.
Click „Book” to confirm the order.
If you want to redeem only one voucher code, click „Proceed to checkout“.
To redeem more voucher codes click „You have another e-voucher“.
If you want to redeem more than one voucher code repeat the step „Continue“ and “Book”.
A maximum of 10 voucher codes can be redeemed during one ordering process (including a
time limit of 30 minutes). After entering all voucher codes click “Proceed to checkout”.
Please confirm the data protection statement and click „Proceed to checkout”.
Fill in your e-Mail address and repeat it in the field “Confirm email“.
Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with a link to your ticket will be send to
this address.
Click „Continue“.
Please fill in the personal data of the visitor. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory
and must be answered. If you redeem more than one voucher code at the same time,
several answers of questions can be copied for subsequent tickets.
Please note that online tickets are strictly personal, non transferable and not refundable.
Click „Continue“.
Confirm “I have read and accept the terms & conditions”.
Please note that it is not possible to change any data after you clicked „Continue“.
The code is now invalidated and can not be used again!
Please note down your order reference number for possible later requests.
In addition, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a link to your ticket.
Click „Follow your order”.
Click „Print this ticket“
Please print out your ITB ticket (shown as a PDF-file). If any problem occurs, make sure you
use the most recent version of Adobe Reader and check your printer’s settings.
On the day of your visit you may enter the fairground directly without standing in line.
