CSA stands for Community Supported
Agriculture and embraces the philosophy of
communities supporting farms and farms
their communities. In exchange for
committing your dollars to us early in the
season we guarantee you a share of the harvest
(Eggs, meats, bread, cheese, certified organic
vegetables, and more) all season at a discount
from our retail prices. We grow food for you
because we believe a thriving local food system
is essential to a sustainable community,
including our human community and the other
animals, plants, and the land that share this
space with us. Our aim is to provide real nourishment
for you and your family.
PORK, BEEF, LAMB
Our beef, pork and lamb are available as
shares or as whole or half animals. Meat
shares include 20 pounds of a variety of cuts,
such as chops, roasts, ground, and steaks. You
can save more per pound by purchasing a
whole or half animal and have the meat custom
cut to your specifications. Prices are per pound
of hanging weight and include processing.
Smoking fees are additional for whole or half
pig orders, see order form.

PASTURE RAISED CHICKEN
BROILERS: Broilers are whole w/giblets and
weigh 3-5 lbs. Purchase shares of 6 chickens to
reserve yours for the season. You may pick up
shares anytime May through August.
STEW HENS: Treat yourself to the ultimate
flavor of a stew hen! These hens are raised on
pasture and will surpass any chicken soup or
broth you’ve ever eaten in both flavor and
nutrition! Available in October. Stock your
freezer this fall!

Vermont Farm Share is a cost-sharing program run by
NOFA VT that offers financial support to limited
income Vermonters for purchasing a CSA share.
Program details and applications are available at
www.nofavt.org. Participants pay ½ the share cost,
with the other ½ being paid by contributions from
community members and NOFA VT’s Share the
Harvest fundraiser.
