Sales – Attachment A to document 2.01 How to Process An Invoice or Manual Activation in CellSell® Record Verizon Service Request in CellSell®. Overview This document refers specifically to the process for recording a Verizon Service Request. This is an attachment to document 2.01 How to Process An Invoice or Manual Activation in CellSell® and includes instructions on services such as FiOS, Home Fusion and MSO offerings. Prerequisite The Network VZWS (Verizon Services) must be connected to the Store ID. To do this: 1. Go to Master Files | Network Master | go to Network VZWS (Verizon Services). Use the arrow keys in the navigation bar to scroll to this network. 2. Click on the Store Filter tab. 3. ADD each valid Store ID (stores where phones/sales are activated/recorded from) in the Store Filter tab and click Post Edit to save. Process 1. Bring up a blank invoice. a. Enter SalesRep Code, b. Enter or complete Bill To, c. Enter a reference number in the Item Code field and tab, for example, use the customer home phone # or other contact phone number and “activate” it via prompt as follows: i. Answer No to Trade in message. ii. Answer No to Customer owned and maintained cellular phone message. iii. Highlight Verizon Services Request row and click the Activation Details tab, e. Answer the prompt for customer email, f. Click Yes to Do you want to record an activation message, g. Mobile Number: enter contact number, i. Transaction Type: Select LNP, j. Network: Select VZWS k. Plan: Select the row for “V” as the category: Then select the correct Plan based on service (Home Fusion, FiOS or MSO) l. Features: Only double click in the Feature field to select FiOS. m. Post Edit to save and Quit to close screen, n. Paid by: Enter only if funds need to be collected at the POS, o. Post Edit and Print. Note: Commission will be calculated as Gross Profit (GP) in the activation details tab. To eliminate the data, go into the Activation Details of the invoice and $0.00 out the calculation.
