How to register a new Player for Norah
Head Juniors.
This is a guide that will tell you how to register a new (or existing) player for Norah Head using the new
IMG System.
1. Go to Http://www.norahheadpanthers.org.au
2. Click Forms then “Rego 2104 Juniors”
3. This will take you to the Registration Page. Click “Registration” to begin Registration
4. You will be presented with a list of Fee options. These are now known as Subscriptions. These
will determine how you are charged for your fees. The fees vary in structure from Just the
Hockey NSW Fees to a comprehensive breakdown of fees for 2014. Please note that the Hockey
NSW Fees are compulsory and your child cannot take the field until these are paid. If you are
unsure please just choose either the option “Junior Player – Under 9 Hockey NSW Fees Only” OR
“Junior Player – Under 18 Hockey NSW Fees Only” The Executive will adjust your Subscriptions
accordingly. When you are ready please click next.
5. You will then be presented with a Player details entry screen. Begin by entering your email
Address
6. If your Email Exists within the system you will be asked to Authenticate yourself using your
password. Most people will have registered last year and therefore your information is likely to
be in the system already. If this is the case please follow Steps 6a through 6c. Otherwise skip to
Step 7.

If your email exists the authentication screen will appear. Simply enter your password and then
hit authenticate. If you do not know your password and most of you will not know it initially click on the
“Forgotten Your Password” Link
6b.
After clicking on the Forgotten your password link you will be presented with an entry box to
put in your email address. Press submit once you have entered your email address.
6c.
You will receive an email with resetting your password instructions. Click on the link in the email
and then rest your password. The Password must be at least 6 characters long and must have a number
somewhere in the password. You will need restart the Registration process again however this time
once you enter your password all of the information will be then filled for you.
7. After filling out the Player Details click Next to take you to the Player Questionnaire. You Must
enter something within the Medical conditions box even if it is “N/A”. Answer all of the
following questions. You will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions, Player code of
conduct, Hockey NSW Image waiver and privacy statement. All of these are available on the
links on the form
8. When you have finally finished you are taken to the checkout screen. Here you can either press
Submit Only, Pay Now or Add another Registration.
SUBMIT ONLY – This will record your information and inform the Executive that you have
Registered. You will receive a copy of an invoice from the System however this is only an
advisory. Sue (our Treasurer) will then be able to send you a proper invoice for the Fees and you
can pay as normal. This is the recommended option.
PAY NOW – This will then bring up a credit card screen that will allow you to pay your fees via
Credit card. However it is important to note that there is a 4% processing fee that will be added
to the Subscription fee. We DO NOT charge this subscription processing fee if you select SUBMIT
ONLY. This facility is there for those people who would like to pay by Credit card instead of cash.
ADD ANOTHER REGISTRATION – This will allow you to basically add another user to the shopping
cart before finally checking out.
What Happens Next?
After the Registration process has been complete we will be able to send you the invoices with the
correct amount (Taking in account the money that you have already paid of course)
This will now allow the system to generate and send Email broadcasts about the goings on in Norah
Head etc.
Soon you will be able to use the Member Desq to do such things as Order your uniforms, Organise RSVP
to social events and pre- pay for social events such as the Discos, Trivia Nights, Pink week and
Presentation Day.
This new method of registration will now ensure that your information is syndicated throughout
Australia so that you would never need to Register again to play hockey anywhere in Australia.
IT will also ensure that the Clubs and associations get the Fees that they need to keep the sport running.
Adding Subsequent Players to the same email address (ie family
members)
If you need to register another player under the same email address you can. Begin the registration
process as before however after you have entered your Email address and then the password you will
be taken back to the Player details screen however you will now have the option to “Register another
Player”. This will allow you to quickly add other family members under the one email address.
The option to Create a new account will allow you to simply create a brand new member under a
separate email address (In other words you would begin the Registration process again from the
beginning)
