How to get started
1. Drop an email to Knowledge Platform (KP) at [email protected] with the
following information:
a. Total no. of users you want to register on the platform. The e-learning platform is
available on a per-user annual license at a price of SGD 19 per user paid annually in
advance i.e. the cost of 100 user licenses would be SGD 1,900 per year. The license
includes access to the platform for a year and all e-learning programs hosted on the
platform. It also includes full access to the KP technical support team. Once a country
signs up for the first time a renewal date for the licenses they purchase will be allocated
based on the date of first registration. Any individual registrations which are added later
in the year will follow the original renewal date.
b. You can also choose from the following optional add-ons:
i. Redesign of login page. This can cost from SGD 450 to SGD 850.
ii. Portal. If you require a full-fledged portal to replace the login page and act as
entry to the system then the cost would be SGD 9,850.
iii. Customized Reports Pack. If you feel the reports available in the system do not
fulfill your needs and need additional customized reports they can be purchased
as a pack of 5 new reports for SGD 4,750.
iv. Translation. KP can provide translation of both the platform and the e-learning
programs based on your needs.

1. Translation of the platform costs around SGD 4,600 per language.
2. Translation of e-learning programs ranges from SGD 19,000 to SGD
39,000 depending on the e-learning program and language selected.
KP will send a quotation based on the above information and the optional add-ons you choose.
After endorsing the quotation, you will need to provide the following information to the KP
technical support team. This will be done through excel files in pre-defined formats which will
be provided by the KP technical support team after you endorse the quotation.
a. The details (e.g. name, email address, country, department, etc.) of the users to register
on the platform and the e-learning programs they will be registering for. The e-learning
programs can be selected from the list in the above section.
b. Text of the invitation email to be sent out to these users once they are registered, to
invite them to start the e-learning program.
c. Duration of the e-learning program e.g. 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and so forth.
Once the above information has been submitted, the KP technical support team will setup the
system accordingly and send out invitation emails with the system URL and access information.
This process will take between 2-3 days to complete after which users can proceed with the
respective e-learning programs.
After signing-up you will have full access to the KP technical support team at
[email protected]. This will be your single point of contact for all technical
support and system setup related matters. Details on our support services can be found in the
Service Level Agreement document in the About Ultrabot section on the main login page.
System requirements to access the elearning platform
Make sure you fulfill below system requirements before you start the training. To check these technical
requirements on your system go to ‘Support’ link from the top menu after logging into the system. If any
application doesn’t fulfill the requirements it will be highlighted in red color on this page.
1. Browser - Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
2. Flash Player: 6 or higher. If you do not have this it will automatically install the first time you
access a report in the system. In some cases if the security settings of your Browser are high
then the control will not install automatically. For these cases please contact your local IT for
assistance. You can even ask your IT to coordinate with our technical support team at
[email protected] for a solution.

4. Recommended Screen Resolution: 1024*768
5. To see reports you need an ActiveX control for Crystal Reports. If you do not have this it will
automatically install the first time you access a report in the system. In some cases if the
security settings of your Browser are high then the control will not install automatically. If this

happens then please contact your local IT team for assistance. You can even ask your local IT
team to coordinate with our technical support team at [email protected] for a
solution.
For a pleasant elearning experience, it is recommended that you conduct the training with at least a 56
Kb/sec Internet Connection. Please note that you need to remain connected to the internet throughout
while taking the training.
