The Secretariat will review application materials to assess compliance with the membership requirements. You
may be required to provide additional information in order to demonstrate compliance. Documentation may
include: a letter outlining your objectives for participation in the FAST, statutes or bylaws and articles of
incorporation, documentation of organizational goals and activities, references from other local institutions, or
audited financial statements. Applicants will be notified as soon as a decision is made.
Membership Obligations
All members are required to comply with the following obligations to:

Pay membership fees in a timely manner, as defined by the FAST Board of Directors.

Participate actively in any relevant FAST activities or initiatives.

Exchange information freely with members about their respective procedures, programs, and activities.

Sign a confidentiality agreement with FAST.

Make no false claims about FAST or the nature of their participation in FAST.

Not undertake activities that will undermine FAST or its members or contradict the policies of FAST.

Operate or make progress towards operating in accordance with guidelines, governing documents, and
position papers adopted by the FAST Assembly.

Notify FAST of any criminal or civil proceedings made against their organization.

Submit to an annual membership review to ensure compliance with these obligations.
