Dear Friends of the Quince Orchard High School Community:
The Quince Orchard High School Marching Cougars Band is proud to announce the 4th Annual
Cougar Cup Golf Tournament and Silent Auction Dinner to be held on October 15, 2010. This fundraising
event for the marching band will involve 100s of local families and friends of the Quince Orchard Community.
This letter seeks your support and participation in this event and explains how your support will benefit both the
Marching Cougars and your business.
The Cougar Cup – Helping the Band, the Community and Your Business:
The Cougar Cup and silent auction dinner on October 15, 2010 will involve over 100 golfers, plus families,
friends, and QOHS students and faculty. The golf tournament will be held locally at Poolesville Golf
Course.
We are asking for your support via a variety of sponsorship opportunities (see below) which will allow
you to support the Marching Cougars and the fine student musicians of the band while receiving valuable,
focused exposure for your business with 100s of local families.
Lasting Benefits - This year we will produce and distribute a Marching Cougars Calendar with a listing of
all 2010 Cougar Cup sponsors (including an option for advertisement space and coupons). 100s of local
families will be reminded of your support and your business for a full year.
