Multiple automatic yarn sample winder
Yarn management
Up to 15 yarn cones (optional 20) can be placed onto
the creel. The single yarns are led onto the adjustable
application bar by means of ceramic yarn guides,
guiding discs, yarn stoppers while constantly
monitored for yarn rupture.

Cutting units
The yarns are cut by automatic cutting devices type
«Rapido» equipped with 7-arc blades. The cut is
carried out a few millimeters inside the tab, ensuring
that yarn ends do not protrude beyond the edge of
the tab. Trimmed off yarn ends are sucked up by
injection nozzles and discarded into the waste bag.
Fixing of yarns
Fixing of the yarns onto the tab is achieved by
means of hot-melt glue at winding start and also at
winding end prior to final cutting. The application of
a fast binding hot melt glue is done by means of
spiral glue nozzles. The glue quantity as well as the
application temperature and pressure is adjustable
to all yarn qualities and counts.
Winding
Fully automatic winding with presettable winding
density, width and number of lays. High precision
servo motor drives for rotation and feed ensure
constant and precise values resulting in a perfect
winding of all yarns, even fantasy yarns and
structured yarns.

Tab magazine
The tab magazine is easily adjustable to the size of
the various tabs. Its height of 250 mm allows to fillin up to 600 tabs. A pneumatic pick-up unit with
vacuum suction plates combined with a presence
monitoring, an adjustable separation device and a
opto-electronic feed control ensure a perfect
decollation of the tabs.
