1 eBudde is the online order tracking tool used during the Cookie Program. The information contained in this document outlines the main eBudde features for Troop Cookie Managers during the 2015 Cookie Program. This manual will cover the following topics. Logging into eBudde Dashboard Tab: Receiving Cookie Program information, updates and troop overview Contacts, Settings and Girl Tabs Delivery Tab Booth Site Tab: Entering Council and Troop-Scheduled booths into eBudde Gift of Caring Tab: Entering Council and Troop Gift of Caring cookies into eBudde Transaction Tab: Cupboard Transactions and Troop to Troop Transfers Rewards Tab: Entering Initial and Final Rewards Sales Report Tab 2 How to log-in to eBudde Complete the TPM Agreement online. Complete Troop Cookie Manager Training. Your Service Unit Cookie Manager will give you the log-in and password information. The Girl Tab will be locked until Dec. 1. The Girl Order Tab will open on January 26, 2015. Service Units need to submit the neighborhood Initial Order by Dec. 17 to earn the bonus. Update the eBudde troop users. eBudde Login 3 What can you do here? Messages: Read important messages from your Service Unit and the Product Program Team. Troop Checklist: Check your “to-do‟s” for your troop. Calendar: Review the calendar for important sale dates in eBudde. 4 Use the tabs across the top of the Dashboard to navigate eBudde. Descriptions of a few tabs are below. The rest will be addressed throughout this document. Click on the „Contacts‟ tab to edit or update your contact information: To get update information on the sale, please have at least one active email address listed. This is where you can edit your information. Click on the „Settings‟ tab to edit: Troop information Add additional troop cookie volunteers to eBudde Click on the „Girls‟ tab to add or edit girls in the troop (ID numbers are not required) The Girl Tab will open on Dec. 15, 2014. SHOULD NOT Girls who registered late may be manually entered. 5 Please use the cookie calculator for the recommended initial order on our website. How to submit the Initial order: Click the „Initial Order‟ tab and enter your order in the „other‟ column for each flavor. Assign at least of cookies to each girl selling. This will allow eBudde to calculator your troop PGA. You can order or Toffee –tastics for your troop. You may opt out and not order any Toffeetastics. After the order is entered, click the orange submit button. Click OK You can ONLY submit an initial order ONE TIME. Orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. Troop with a PGA of 150 or more Troops with a PGA of 150 or more packages at the initial order will receive a T-shirt for each girl selling, plus one free for the volunteer. If you do not enter the t-shirts when the Initial Girl Reward is submitted, you will forfeit the rewards. 3 additional adult t-shirts may be purchased for $6.00/each. They must be entered in eBudde when the initial reward is submitted. There will be NO ADDITIONAL shirts at Council. See page 11 for instructions on how to enter the initial girl reward. 6 This tab is used to select a time to pick-up your troop‟s cookies! Review the amount of cookies you will be picking up. Identify who will be picking up your cookies. Select a delivery location and your preferred time (your Service Unit Manager may adjust your pick-up time if necessary). 7 Click „Council Sales‟ on the drop down to reserve a Council booth. Click „My Sales‟ on the drop down to schedule a booth. Please make sure you do not schedule a booth already listed under „Council Booths‟. Click „add a location‟ to enter the booth. Please include the street address. 8 The Girl Orders tab is a tracking tool for you! It allows the Troop Product Manager to record re-orders for girls, payments received, booth sale packages, etc. Nothing in this tab affects Council data. It will help monitor what girls are selling and what they owe. Click on a girl‟s name. Her name will appear on the upper right hand side. Click the „Add Transaction‟ button in the upper left corner. Type in a comment, and enter information for the other fields. Click „ok‟ on the lower right hand of the screen. Click save. 9 There are two Gift of Caring Programs: Council Gift of Caring (CGOC) and Troop Gift of Caring (TGOC). Council Gift of Caring (CGOC) A virtual donation program. Troops do not take possession of the cookies. Council donates the cookies to St. Mary‟s Food Bank, St. Vincent de Paul‟s Food Bank and the USO. Troop Gift of Caring (TGOC) Troops establish a relationship with a local charity. Troops deliver the cookies to the organization. Cookies are not flavor specific and Troops are encouraged to use inventory at the end of the sale. Please enter the Troop Gift of Caring organization. 10 Cupboard pick-ups are recorded in the „Transaction Tab‟. Be sure to verify accuracy frequently. Please contact the Product Program Team, [email protected] if there are incorrect entries. The troop transferring cookies out is responsible for entering the transaction into eBudde. Click „Add a Transaction‟. Change the 2 Party drop down to „troop‟. Change the drop down to indicate the correct troop number. Enter the cookies being transferred. In the Contact Info box, please include the name and contact information of the person that picked up the cookies. Click „Okay‟. Click „Save‟. 11 Initial Reward Order: 1. Click the „Fill Out‟ button. 2. Troops who have a PGA of 150 or more earn the initial order reward t-shirt. 3. One FREE adult shirt per troop. 4. 3 additional adult shirts can be ordered for $6.00. 5. Troops will be ACHed for the additional shirts on January 30, 2015. 8. If the reward is incorrect, click on the girls name and edit. 9. Click „Submit‟ when the rewards are accurate. 10. You can ONLY submit the incentive order once. No changes can be made after clicking „Submit‟ 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Click the „Fill Out‟ button. Confirm that the information is correct. If the reward is incorrect, click on the girls name and edit. Only 2 volunteer patches per troop. Click „Submit‟ when the rewards are accurate. You can ONLY submit the incentive order once. No changes can be made after clicking „Submit‟. 12 13 The Sales Reports tab allows you to view the sales report information that council has. It recaps all end of sale results, money owed Council, etc.
