Concentration of spinbath in Viscose (Rayon)
fiber and filament production - a key for perfect
fiber and filament quality.
Our TALI 200 measures the sulphuric acid and
zinc sulphate concentration of the spinbath and
controls the process by means of a continuous
on-line analysis. In connection with a density
measurement, also the amount of Natrium
Sulphate can be determined.
Reduced deviations of spinbath concentrations
stabilize the product quality. The on-line
measurement and process control reduce
costs for labor, input of chemicals and avoid
human errors.
The benefits of TALI 200 have been proven
for more than 20 years in numerous Viscose
productions worldwide.

Scope:
Titrating apparatus for continuous
on-line analysis of spinbath in
Viscose (Rayon) fiber and
filament productions to determine
the concentrations of sulfuric acid
and zinc sulfate and to control the
process using industrially
standardized signals.
Closed control loop:
The output signals can be
used for automatic dosing and
control of H2SO4 and ZnSO4,
for keeping the concentration
automatically within certain
limits

analysing unit with two storage
containers, electrical unit with free
programmable control system
