Proceeds from the event will go to support equipment and field upgrades, registrations, and other fees associated with the softball program ages (8‐18). The race will take you along the Holmes County Trail and will feature carolers, Christmas cookies, hot chocolate, a camp fire, and festive apparel by workers and racers! Prizes will go to individuals who are wearing the most festive/creative attire to the race. There will be race awards for age groups and teams. Each participant will receive a free tee shirt, snacks, and beverages, before during, and after the race. PARKING: Parking will be free at the trail lot or along the streets in Millersburg. PAYMENT: Cash or Check made payable to: West Holmes Softball 10909 SR 39 Millersburg, OH 44654 RACE FEE: Early registration through December 7 $25 14 and older, $15 13 and under, $50 family of 3‐5, $10 for each additional family member, Add $5 per area after December 7 (race shirts limited) EVENT DISCLAIMER: Please review the following waiver and disclaimer.
