Intending Tenders should obtain permission from the

Tenders which should always be placed in sealed covers with the name of the work written on envelopes, will be received by

Contractors have to furnish Earnest Money Rs. 7,726.00 in shape of Bank Draft / Bankers Chaque on any Nationalized Bank
of India and the same should be enclosed with the Tender, in absence of which the Tender will be declared as informal.
5.
The Tender should quote their rates @ Below / At Par / Above in words as well in figures the schedule.
6.
The Tenderer should quote their rate inclusive of all charges viz freight, ccarriages,
arriages, scaffolding etc. that might be included by
them for complete execution of the work.
7.
Tenderer shall have to furnish valid registration C
Certificate of Income Tax, Sales Tax andd Professional Tax before purchasing
the Tender Form. Tender Forms will not be sold to them who cannot produce the same.
8.
The contractor shall abide by company with previsions of the Company Apprentices Act, 1961 and the Rules

Engineer may, in his discretion, cancel the contract. The contractor shall also be liable for any pecuniary liability arising on
account of any violation by him as per provisions of the Act.
9.
Contractors must observe the labour law by production or registration Certificate and License from the concerned Registering
Officer under Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970. This should

violation of the act.

10. The acceptance of a tender will res
himself to accept the lowest tender and reserved himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the
assignment of a reason.
11. Tenders which do not fulfill any of the conditions or are incomplete in any respect are liable to rejection.
12. Canvassing in connection with tenders is strictly prohibited.
13. If the Tenderer
enderer withdraws his tenders before its acceptance or any refusal within a reasonable time of say a month, without
giving any satisfactory explanation for such withdrawal, he shall be disqualified for submitting any tender to this department

17. All participating Tenderers

may be undertaken at the date of opening the tender if however any tender is not available during such opening of bid, no
claim for future participation in the bid will be entertained.
