Orders of the Tribunal Item No. 3 October 9, 2014 The Learned Counsel appearing for the Delhi Jal Board prays for time to seek instruction and file a Report. In the meanwhile, the Delhi Jal Board shall ensure that no sand mining is permitted in the name of dredging of river. We also direct the Delhi Pollution Control Board and the Central Pollution Control Board to take sample of the sand/dredged material that is being carried by the persons upon whom the contract has been placed. It shall be reported to the Tribunal whether the material in the truck is sand or silt. List on 13th November, 2014. The newly added parties are also given liberty to file Reply. M.A. No. 646 of 2014 Issue Notice to the Respondents to this Application also. The Delhi Jal Board is directed to be impleaded as a Respondent to the Original Application No. 165 of 2014. Reply on behalf of the Delhi Jal Board and NCT of Delhi may be filed within three weeks from today with advance copy to the Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant who may file Rejoinder thereto within one week thereafter. List on 13th November, 2014. M.A. No. 622 of 2014 This is an Application filed by the Applicant praying for impleadment in the Original Application No. 165 of 2014. The Applicant prays to be a party interested and effected by the Orders and proceedings in the present Application. There is no objection to this prayer. Consequently, M.A. No. 622 of 2014 is allowed subject to just exception and without prejudice to the rights of the parties. The Applicant would have the right to address. Thus, M.A. No. 622 of 2014 is accordingly disposed of and no further prayers are allowed in this Application. M.A. No. 606 of 2014 In view of the Orders passed on the Original Application No. 165 of 2014 today, no further Orders are called for on this Application. Consequently, M.A. No. 606 of 2014 is accordingly disposed of. M.A. No. 564 of 2014 Reply to this Application may also be filed by the parties within three weeks from today.
