Entry Fee: $15.00 per entry payable to Van Buren Youth Wrestling
**All Teams must pay with one check or cash unless a team only has an individual entry**
Admission: $5.00 Adults
$3.00 Students
**Kids under 5 are free**
Session Time: Divisions I, III, and V, 9 AM to Completion, Divisions II, IV, & VI approximately 1 pm to completion.
Wrestlers can enter more than one division, but cannot enter more than one weight class per division.
Weigh-ins: ALL DIVISIONS – November 14th **Must wear singlet** Skin and Nail check will be done before being
allowed to weigh in.
Friday weigh in will be at Clair Bates Arena (2001 Pointer Trail, Van Buren, AR. 72956 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Saturday weigh in will be at Clair Bates Arena (2001 Pointer Trail, Van Buren, AR. 72956 from 7:00 am to 8:00am

There will be no sign ups for USA card at door!
Coaches Passes: With entries, list person(s) authorized to receive passes. **1 pass per 5 entries, extra passes are
$20.00/ea and must be requested by the team and added to the registration. Passes will be sold at the door for
$25.00.

Awards: Trophies will be given for 1 Medals for 2 , 3 and 4 places. Trophies will be given in each division for
Outstanding Wrestler. Team trophy will be given to top team at end of tournament.
Rules:
 Shoelaces must be taped or have lace guards during matches
 Headgear is NOT required, but is suggested
 USA rules will be followed
 Double elimination unless in round-robin
 All decisions of the Head Official are final
 Coach decision to waive rest period between matches (15 minutes)
