$10.00 per wrestler (non refundable)

Current USAW card or signed waiver.
Admissions:
Entry Deadline:
Adults $3.00, Children $2.00,
Thursday, October 30th, 2014 at 9:00pm (All entries after deadline are $20 per wrestler)
Weigh-ins:
Saturday Nov. 1st from 8:00 to 8:30am
Wrestlers must wear singlet to weigh-in or compression gear, we reserve the right
to combine weights. Remote weigh-ins are available, call/email for details.
Wrestling Begins: 9:00 am / coaches meeting at 8:45 am,
Tournament format: Best 2 out of 3 takedowns or highest score. 1 point for
a takedown 3 points for a throw!

There will be no sign ups for USA card at door!
Coaches Passes: With entries, list person(s) authorized to receive passes. **1 pass per 5 entries, extra passes are
$20.00/ea and must be requested by the team and added to the registration. Passes will be sold at the door for
25.00.

Div IV (12 & Under): 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 130, 140, 160, HWT
Div V (15 & Under): 72, 78, 86, 94, 100, 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 165, 175, 185, 200, HWT
DIV VI (16 & over - High School): 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 195, 220, HWT

injuries, and or lost items. *Concessions will be available throughout the day.

I hereby waive my requirement to have a USA Wrestling card. By doing so I acknowledge that I will
not receive the insurance coverage provided.
By having a USA Wrestling card. Furthermore, I will indemnify and hold harmless the Raptor Wrestling
club and Glen Rose Schools and any sponsor or other organizer from any injury or any
Other liability they may incur from any action or inaction that may result in physical or other harm
relating to any involvement in the aforementioned wrestling event. I further waive any right to
present any claim whatsoever that I may have from any harm done to me or my child as a result of the
Raptor Wrestling Takedown Tournament. I have signed this acknowledgment and waiver freely and
voluntarily and of my own free will and accord knowing that wrestling is a potentially dangerous sport
and that there is a risk of injury that comes with any sporting event, especially wrestling.
