The Northview High School Yearbook staff is now accepting senior recognition ads for
the class of 2015. These ads will be featured in a special section of the 2015 yearbook.
Please take this special opportunity to tell your senior how proud you are of his or her
achievements! Senior ads are available for a limited time on a space-available basis.
DO NOT MISS YOUR WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY!
All ad requests must be submitted no later than noon on Monday, October 13, 2014.
Discount pricing is available on ads submitted before Monday, September 15, 2014.
Please follow the instructions below as you construct and submit your ad. NOTE: Online ad
payments will cease when all ad space has been sold.

1. Select the size ad you wish to purchase.
2. Collect photos and create text for ad
submission following the guidelines below.

3. Complete the order form on the reverse of

OR PACKETS MISSING CONTENT WILL

4. Submit the form, your text, and your photos
(see special instructions for photos) to the
yearbook staff online, by mail, or hand deliver
to the NHS office in clearly marked envelope.

The Yearbook staff reserves the right to
change or rearrange any page which is not
appropriate for the yearbook without notifying
purchaser. This includes but is not limited to
the exclusion of photos and text. We offer the
opportunity to review ads prior to printing, but
if the purchaser is not available or does not
wish to review the ad, we will edit and submit
it without purchaser review.
Space is limited; Ads are taken on a firstcome, first serve and as available basis.
Pricing is determined by the last date
all materials are submitted. To receive
discount pricing, you must submit ALL
photos, text and FULL payment by the
Friday, September 12, 2014 deadline.
