Parametric and State Estimation of Nonlinear Systems 15
15th International conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic control & computer engineering − STA′2014 December 21-23, 2014, Hammamet, Tunisia Invited Session on Parametric and State Estimation of Nonlinear Systems organized by Ridha Ben ABDENNOUR, Tunisia [email protected] Salim FILALI, Algeria [email protected] Samira KAMOUN, Tunisia [email protected] System identification aims at the building of mathematical models of dynamical systems based on prior knowledge of the data from the systems. Essentially, system identification is an art of modeling, where appropriate choices have to be made concerning the level of approximation given the final modeling objective. In nonlinear control theory, a parametric and/or state estimation method is a process that provides an estimate of the parameters and/or the state variables of a given nonlinear system, from its input-output and state measurements. Thus, knowing the system parameters and/or state variables is necessary to solve many control theory problems. Papers should describe original and unpublished work about the above or the related topics. Instructions for preparation and electronic submission will be available shortly on the conference STA′2014 website. Papers are solicited on all aspects of research, development, and application of parametric and state estimation of nonlinear systems, including but not limited to: 1. Mathematical models for nonlinear system identification, 2. Nonlinear system identification, 3. Identification of discrete-time nonlinear mathematical models, 4. Time-varying nonlinear system identification, 5. Recursive parametric estimation methods for nonlinear systems, 6. Neural networks for nonlinear system identification, 7. State estimation of nonlinear systems, 8. Recursive state estimation methods for nonlinear systems, 9. Multimodel approach for identification and state estimation of nonlinear systems. Submission: PDF format file of the full-length manuscript should be submitted by September 30th, 2014, on STA Review System http://www.sta‐tn.com/site/Submission.htm ‐ Topic: PNS Send another copy to Prof. Samira KAMOUN ([email protected]) for the submission confirmation.
