October 20-22, 2014 Trump Taj Mahal 1000 Boardwalk Atlantic City, NJ About the Seminar The NJSIA Educational Foundation, Inc. The NJSIA Educational Foundation Inc. was incorporated as a non-profit corporation on September 16, 1996. The Foundation was established by the NJSIA "to undertake and to aid, promote, develop and advance the education, research, study, teaching and practice of insurance fraud investigations and allied fields.” To carry out its mission to provide education in the area of insurance fraud awareness and prevention, the Foundation implements continuing education and research projects to improve the education and advance educational standards in the area of insurance fraud investigation and prevention. This is the 24th annual fraud awareness seminar sponsored by the NJSIA Educational Foundation, Inc. This year we will present twenty seven workshops which will allow attendees to have a greater variety of topics to choose from. Also, as in the past, this conference provides the training hours required by the State of New Jersey, Department of Banking and Insurance for Special Investigation Unit and Claims personnel. Our challenge to everyone attending this conference is to train and work even harder in the coming year in the detection, prevention, investigation and prosecution of insurance fraud. Once again this year, the dress code for the conference is business casual and each NJSIA member is welcomed to bring a guest (to social functions only) for $149 per guest. We hope Fraud Awareness 2014 assists all that attend to confront the never ending challenges we face in combating insurance fraud.
