We will be decorating
our pots and planting all
different kinds of
seeds

I hereby give permission for my child/ren to attend the FACVAC Movies Excursion. This will involve my child/ren catching Keirs
transport (supervised) to and from the Movies, watching a movie and eating lunch in the foyer.
Please note that a list of available movies and their ratings will be available for all parents to peruse before the excursion.

MACCAS WALK
I hereby give permission for my child/ren to take part in the FACVAC MACCAS WALK excursion. This will involve my child/ren walking
to and from Erindale McDonalds while being supervised by FAC staff.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to provide money for your child’s order – This is NOT included in the daily booking charge.

TENPIN BOWLING
I hereby give permission for my child/ren to attend the FACVAC TENPIN BOWLING excursion. This will involve my child/ren catching
Keirs transport (supervised) to and from TENPIN BOWLING and taking part in all activities.
