58 Head Holsteins = 45 cows and 13 heifers. 33 head are registered sired by Braxton, Planet, Shottle, Talent,
Million, Shout and Hill. Tie stall herd. Milk Average: Sept. test 77 lbs., Aug. 83, July 82. SCC 160,000. RHA
24,000. 9 cows milking 90-112 lbs. 9 hd. 1st lact., 15 hd. 2nd lact., balance 3rd and up. 5 dry cows due in
Nov. and Dec. 24 fresh cows confirmed pregnant. Well tended cows w/ good feet and udders w/ lots of milk,
milking twice a day. Bred AI or Braxton Herd bull (registration papers available). No BST or TMR, exercised
daily. 13 Heifers: 5 are registered: 3 springers due end of Oct. and Nov., 5 yearlings, 3 breeding age, and 2
@ 4 month old. Heifers are mostly sired by Hill. This is a good set of heifers all w/ great dams. Herd is on
regular vaccination program and will be vet checked and vaccinated for shipping fever. This is a great
