Bill No. 30-0205 – An Act amending Title 33 Subtitle 3, Chapter 111, Section 3039a of the Virgin Islands Code by permitting funds from the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority Generating and Infrastructure Fund to be utilized for funding new energy and power generating units and/or heat recovery steam generators with the ability to convert to liquefied propane gas in addition to natural gas, and for assisting with the issuance of bond for purchase of such equipment.
