Service Information
Collect of the Day, Pentecost 19 BAS p. 387
Almighty and everliving God, increase in us your gift of faith, that
forsaking what lies behind and reaching out to what is before, we may
run the way of your commandments and win the crown of everlasting joy;
through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the
Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.

Prayer Over the Gifts, For BAS only
Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation; through
your goodness we have this bread to offer, which earth
has given and human hands have made. It will become for
us the Bread of Heaven.
Blessed be God forever.
Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation; through your
goodness we have this wine to offer, fruit of the vine and
work of human hands. It will become for us the Cup of
Salvation.
Blessed be God forever.
Acknowledgement - As we gather we recognize that we live, work and
play on the traditional lands of the Coast Salish Peoples. We also join in
a line of Anglicans who have worshipped on these lands. As we continue
we commit ourselves as a settler church and people to continue with our
First Nations neighbours on the journey of truth and reconciliation.
Altar Flowers - Glory to God whose power working in us can do
infinitely more than we can ask or imagine. From the St. Andrew’s family
