Pre-Registration required. Limited to 1st 50 students. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
to attend.

All members of volunteer, paid, or part-paid fire departments of cities and industries who want
the latest training in firefighting and related skills.

in various fire control and fire protection methods.

*PPE must be NFPA-approved
TEEX Level 5 PPE Requirements for Vehicle Extrication and Machinery Courses:
NFPA 1971 structural firefighting ensemble, 1977 wildland firefighting ensemble (NOTE: This
school requires: wildland gear must consist of over-coat and over-pant. Wildand yellow shirt
and green pant that are 1977 compliant will not be allowed), or 1951 technical rescue ensemble
NFPA 1971-, 1977-, or 1951-approved helmet with chin strap
Approved eye protection (at a minimum the approved eye protection shall be ANSI Z87 rated or
higher)
All-leather work gloves or approved vehicle extrication gloves
Safety-toed footwear with ankle support

**Must attend Friday session along with Saturday & Sunday to receive credit**
