Appeals Guidance – Annex B Template letters for decisions where appeal rights are changed by the Immigration Act 2014 From 20 October 2014 the appeal rights associated with certain decisions are changing. These changes are detailed in Annex A. This annex exists to direct caseworkers to the appropriate new decision template for affected decisions.
