the ministry and service of Abington Presbyterian Church.
Presbyterian Women’s Prayer Chain The names of those in need of prayer who have asked for our prayers. If you have a request to be added or
removed from the Prayer Chain, please call Rev. Brent Eelman (215) 8874530. You may also write your prayer request on prayer request card and
place it in the offering plate on Sunday morning.

We welcome to our pulpit the Moderator of the 221st General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church U.S.A., Heath Rada. Heath is a Ruling
Elder with a distinguished record of service to the church as an educator and leader. He is the former President of the Presbyterian School of
Christian Education, (now Union Presbyterian Seminary.) He has also
been a faculty member at Appalachian State University, and a guest faculty member at NOVA University, Brigham Young University, North
Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has served as a ruling elder in four different congregations
and has served twice as the Clerk of Session. He has also served his local congregations by teaching Sunday School and singing in the choir.
Heath has been honored as the First North Carolina Community Educator of the Year, the Humanitarian of the Year in Richmond VA, and
was the first Richmond Rotarian to receive the honorary Paul Harris
Fellowship.

Gracious God, Your gifts surround us in all stages of our lives and in
all circumstances of our lives. Help us to trust you for what we need.
Help us to call on you for the strength we need for the tasks you call
us to, so that we are faithful to the end. Help us to give with joy. We

Generous God, you have given us so much. Give us one more
thing. Give us thankful hearts because we know our hearts can be
hard and cold. We often hold on when we should let go. We are

be generous, doubting when we should lean on faith. We are fearful instead of trusting in your everlasting care.
Open our hands and our hearts to the bounty of your love, which
