Who We Are
Pacific Real Estate Partners is a privately held real estate investment company located in the
San Francisco Bay Area. Bringing both extensive market and institutional resources to the
firm, our principals and advisory team have attracted some of the largest institutional investors
in the market. During the last ten years, the principals have acquired over $375 million in
diversified assets.
What We Do
Pacific Real Estate Partners invests in under-performing properties or non-performing loans in
desirable locations, leveraging our experience and relationships to add value through physical
improvements, aggressive management and leasing, and creative financing strategies.
In today’s environment, the company has taken an opportunistic approach to investing in
office, industrial, R&D, office/flex, residential and multi-family properties in Northern
California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas. Using specialists in each market, the best local
resources for third-party leasing and property management are utilized.
The investment potential of properties is maximized by executing timely dispositions which
allow the company to re-invest capital into properties which have the greatest upside potential.
Together with our partners, Pacific Real Estate Partners intends to acquire up to $300 million
in commercial real estate over the next three-to-five years.
