MARKETS Asian Market is trading mixed as Hang Seng was down by 0.91% while Nikkei 225 was up by 0.37% and a CSI 300 was down by 0.87%. Chinese stocks retreated, tempering gains in Japan, Australia and South Korea, amid delays to a link between Hong Kong and Shanghai, while Brent crude fell. U.K. equity-index futures climbed with the euro as the European Central Bank said most lenders passed stress tests. Overnight U.S. markets were up by 0.76%.SGX Nifty at 9:00AM was trading at 8052 with a gain of 32 points. US FOMC rate decision on 29th Oct, important quarterly results, F&O clearing will determine market movements in India this week. Every decline is a buying opportunity esp. in Banking and Financials, Auto on declining trends in Inflation and hopes of rate cuts, besides pick up in economic activity in India. 25 European Banks have failed stress tests out of 125 meaning early volatilities in Banking shares cannot be ruled out. SBI, Indian Bank, BOB, IDFC are good buys. Hind Unilever, Bharti Infratel are imp results today besides others.
