Minibeast Hunt - 11am-12pm
Go hunting in our purpose-developed minibeast area, complete
with plant pots, old rotting logs, and other dark and damp places
minibeasts love to call home! You can also make your very own
sticky snail to take home!
Family bird watching - 1pm to 2pm
Join us in the observatory to use binoculars and a telescope to
watch the birds. Use books and ID guides to identify them, and
see how many different species you can spot!
Pond Dipping - 2.30pm
Join us at the pond zone to use nets to catch the wide variety of
creatures swimming around including fish, newts & great diving
beetles!

Consider yourself a conker connoisseur or a chestnut champion
then you’re in luck, as we are hosting a conker competition of
