Statistical Significance
• Provides confidence in result
▫ Insignificant: diff caused by random variation
▫ Significant: most likely caused by something
 Analytics and statistics only reveal correlation
 Is that a bad thing?
• Can require more data than we can get
• Requires more skill to calculate
