Key Responsibilities:

You will be the lead architect who owns the product roadmap and is responsible to work
collaboratively with a team of creative designers, hardcore geeks and expert consultants to
deliver intuitive, scalable & customer focused applications.

Be the driving force to bring innovative ideas from discussion boards to enterprise level
product feature by doing product market fit analysis and preparing clear, detailed
requirements for product team.

Manage agile development environment and advocate for teams in the design, development,
testing, deployment and operations of products.

You are results driven and take responsibility to deliver quality product with agreed features
on schedule for major releases twice a month as well as urgent bug fix releases as and when
required by the business.

You will represent product team to communicate effectively and precisely with various
stakeholders like customers, senior management and partners.

Spearhead the recruitment drives and help recruit highly skilled quality talent that fits our
culture and help foster our innovative ecosystem.

Engage product team in learning new technologies keeping them abreast with latest trends
and techniques and help the company grow as a technology leader.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in the complete web development stack like HTML 5, CSS 3, Jquery, Ajax , LAMP, PHP,
Mysql, XML, JSON, REST APIs and many more.

Working experience in frameworks like Codeigniter, Laravel, Zend, Symphony on server side
& bootstrap, zurb foundation on client side.

Experience designing database schemas, writing complex sql queries & managing large
relational databases that scales to millions of transactions on daily basis.

Strong expertise in cracking complex business scenarios and developing reusable, clean
coding adhering to the industry standards.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in building secure, scalable, robust & high-performance
multi-tenant saas applications and deployed with leading cloud platforms like AWS, linode etc.

Solid experience in developing enterprise level products like ERP Systems, Inventory
Management, Billing Software and CRM Solutions.

Solid experience with installation, and configuration of Linux systems, version control systems
(Git,
SVN),
automate
continuous
integration/deployment
environments,
database
management tools, provisioning and monitoring tools.

Responsible for implementing various techniques to fine-tune, troubleshoot and maintain the
product code and database to ensure maximum performance optimization.

Strong hands on experience of integrating the web application with the external APIs and
building an API platform for the product.

Ability to design & troubleshoot complex, multi-tier architectures and handle scalability issues
of SAAS product.

Experience with machine learning algorithms, predictive data analytics, big data is a huge plus.
