Motivation
Motivation is why people do what they do
Internal mechanisms - our inner drives towards
achieving a goal or outcome;
External stimuli mean the pressures and
rewards that we gain, seek or avoid, from those
around us
Arousal means how intense is our behaviour.

than extrinsic

intrinsic motivation;
