Control Valves
Automated 2- and 3-way valves control and monitor technical processes of
gaseous and liquid fluids in all areas of ships and industry.
To meet these requirements you can choose between different characteristic
lines with several cone forms and seat combinations.

Since 1937 we are authorized and certificated distributor for Parker Hannifin/Ermeto
products. Therewith we are the second eldest partner who accompanies Parker
nationally.
With the status as a Full-Line trader, a large stock and our own hose line m
­ anufacturing
plant we are able and flexible to supply you immediately with the complete product
range for hydraulics and pneumatics and any further industrial equipment e.g.:

Sampling Systems
Starting from the assumption of the approved principles of taking samples Barthel
sampling systems realize all requirements of safe and representative sample taking
by individual adaptation of details.
We are specialists for custom-made solutions which meet the high safety standards
as well as the statutory demands (e.g. TA-air) of chemistry and petrochemical
industry. For taking samples out of fluids, solids, gases and their composites we
­derive benefit from the whole range of p­ otentialities of technical solutions.
Therefore our delivery programme includes a.o. fixed-volume systems, draw-off
into sample cylinders, needle-/septum techniques, cross-cut systems as well as
auger samplers.
Flow Measurement with Head Meters
(Differential Pressure Producers)
Although many new developments have come onto the market within the last years
flow measurement according to differential pressure procedure has become the
most applied measuring method in chemical and petro-chemical plants.
A large stock of raw material, also special materials, ensures a short delivery time.
Design, production and test of head meters are performed according to ISO 9001

Marine Shipbuilding
As a manufacturer and longtime supplier of the German Navy we almost provide all
well-known shipyards and supplier enterprises with valves, equipment and special
solutions according to VG standards. Since years even electrical gear motor drive
technology has successfully been applied in marine shipbuilding. The installation of
e-actuators onto the valves ex works is possible without any problems by
respecting standards and modular systems. Our delivery programme ex stock goes
into action as original equipment on frigates, mine hunters, corvettes, trial ships,
ultra-modern mega yachts and ­satisfies the need of spare parts of maintenance
and alterations.

Truly in accordance with his motto Fritz Barthel
established the company Fritz Barthel Armaturen on
April 1st., 1932.
Because of his long experience in shipbuilding and
own manufacturing. Fritz Barthel was soon able to
realise a high individual conformity with the special
requirements of the Hamburgian and North German
shipyards and industries.
Our goal is to carry on working on a balanced and
high-quality delivery programme. The combination
of quality, know-how and family tradition in the 3rd
generation provides a flexible and responsible partner­ship. With up-to-date production on conventional and
CNC lathe and milling machines we manufacture
according to your or our drawings (2D/3D) out of all
materials. Our large stock enables us to shorten
delivery times considerably.
As service provider and -partner we also offer
short-dated repairs, inspections and adjustments of
steam traps, safety valves as well as control valves.
