You will run thought the same order until time runs out You will 60 second time limit , : chalk , belt , elbow and knee sleeves ok Yoke/ Sandbag Medley : Athletes will have 60 second to complete . all athletes must start with the yoke : chalk ,belts, elbow and knee sleeves ok . NO tacky . tacky towel or liquid grip . Puzzle piece carry : Pick up and carry for max distance belt elbow and knee sleeves ok . No tacky , tacky towel or liquid grip Max 18 in deadlift: Wessel ’s rules, : suites , belt, elbow and knee sleeves OK Keg over bar for reps: Athletes will get 60 second to get the keg over the bar as many time as possible in 60 seconds : chalk , belt elbow and knee sleeves OK . No tacky , tacky towel or liquid grip .
