Scroggin in Ogden Fellowship Hall at the close of the 9:45 or 11:00 worship hours Fulfilling a part of the 2011 FUMCR Strategic Vision, Leadership Development launched a pilot this fall called LeadershipFirst. Forty-three dedicated men and women who hold various leadership roles within fifteen different ministry areas, came together to discuss multiple components of leadership. The mission of LeadershipFirst is to equip Christians to be passionate servant-leaders in the Church and community. Through the pilot, we have begun a process which will ultimately reach people and ministries throughout FUMCR and add to our legacy of leadership. Stay tuned!
